9 Virtues in the Kingdom of Virtues

9 Virtues (this is a slides created for Inspiring Voices Toastmaster Club)
Truthfulness is the foundation of all the virtues of mankind. Without truthfulness, progress and success in all of the worlds are impossible for a soul. When this holy attribute is established in man, all the other divine qualities will also become realized. Let the light of truth and honesty shine from your faces so that all may know that your word, in business or pleasure, is a word to trust and be sure of. Forget self and work for the whole. (Message to the London Baha'is, October 1911). ...
Abdul-Baha's stories

"O people of God! I admonish you to observe courtesy, for above all else it is the prince of virtues. Well is it with him who is illumined with the light of courtesy and is attired with the vesture of uprightness. Whoso is endued with courtesy hath indeed attained a sublime station. It is hoped that this Wronged One and everyone else may be enabled to acquire it, hold fast unto it, observe it, and fix our gaze upon it. This is a binding command which hath streamed forth from the Pen of the Most Great Name." (Tablets of Baha'u'llah, p. 88)

The Great Being saith: The heaven of divine wisdom is illumined with the two luminaries of consultation and compassion. Take ye counsel together in all matters, inasmuch as consultation is the lamp of guidance which leadeth the way, and is the bestower of understanding. (Baha’u’llah, ‘Tablets of Bahá'u'lláh Revealed after the Kitáb-i-Aqdas’; The Compilation of Compilations, vol. I, Consultation)
Consultation bestoweth greater awareness and transmuteth conjecture into certitude. It is a shining light which, in a dark world, leadeth the way and guideth. For everything there is and will continue to be a station of perfection and maturity. The maturity of the gift of understanding is made manifest through consultation.
(Bahá'u'lláh, in Consultation: A Compilation, p. 3)

Justice and equity are twin Guardians that watch over men. From them are revealed such blessed and perspicuous words as are the cause of the well-being of the world and the protection of the nations.

(Baha'u'llah: Epistle to the Son of the Wolf Pages 12-13)
"The world of humanity has two wings; one is woman and the other man. Not until both wings are equally developed can the bird fly. Should one wing remain weak, flight is impossible. Not until the world of woman becomes equal to the world of man in the acquisition of virtues and perfection's, can success and prosperity be attained as they ought to be."

'Abdu'l-Baha

"A kindly tongue is the lodestone of the hearts of men. It is the bread of the spirit, it clotheth the words with meaning, it is the fountain of the light of wisdom and understanding."

"Detachment is as the sun; in whatsoever heart it doth shine it quencheth the fire of covetousness and self.  He whose sight is illumined with the light of understanding will assuredly detach himself from the world and the vanities thereof ....Let not the world and its vileness grieve you.  Happy is he whom riches fill not with vain-glory, nor poverty with sorrow.“

“O FRIEND! In the garden of thy heart plant naught but the rose of love, and from the nightingale of affection and desire loosen not thy hold.”
http://chinabahaifriends.com/bahai-wenxian/282
Now, imagine a friendship with kindness but not justice – a lodestone with no guardian; courtesy without truthfulness: prince with no solid foundation; a friend is kind but does not consult: love in the darkness; a friend who consult but not kindness: bright but without attraction
